Question 1: Do you accept returns?
Answer 1: Unfortunately no, due to hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returned products. We encourage customers to read product descriptions and customer reviews prior to purchasing to ensure satisfaction.

Question 3: Do your products focus on sustainability and reducing waste?
Answer 3: Yes, we are dedicated to reducing waste and promoting a cleaner environment. Our products are made with a focus on sustainability, utilizing eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible. We strive to minimize our carbon footprint and contribute to a greener future. 

Question 4: Where are the ingredients sourced from?
Answer 4: Our products are made with vegan ingredients sourced sustainably from nature in North America.

Question 5: I have a problem with my most recent order, what should I do?
Answer 5: If for any reason you have a problem with an order, please send an email to our customer support team at contact@absolutelygraceful.com and include your order number so we can work with you on providing a solution. 

Question 6: Referring to concealers and foundations, I noticed on these products a few have similar shade names or the same shade names. If a concealer and foundation have the same shade name, are they the same color? 
Answer 6: No, this does not automatically mean they are the same color. On each individual product page under "shade options" you are able to select specific colors and the corresponding picture will populate. Please refer to the corresponding picture when selecting your shade.
