After applying and setting your foundation, you can enhance your radiance with the Luminous Veil Hilighter using a sponge applicator or your fingertips—many find that their fingers work beautifully as tools! Our Luminous Veil Hilighter formula is buildable, allowing you to layer it for a more pronounced effect if desired. To highlight your features, consider applying the sheer glo' to the following areas: the brow bone just beneath the arch, the bridge and tip of your nose, the Cupid’s bow, above your cheekbones, and the inner corners of your eyes.
